Do you love Mondays?

I Love Mondays!

Yes, I just said that!

It wasn't always this way.

I used to dread Monday's beginning on Sunday. The start of a new week of getting up early, spending my days in an office doing what other's wanted me to do and counting the days until my next vacation.

Are you hitting your money goals?, If not READ THIS…

Are you consistently reaching your money goals, or are you finding that you continue to fall short each month?

You already know, as an entrepreneur, it’s up to you to bring the money into your business.

And, you’ve already realized that when you fall short on your financial goals it can be stressful, discouraging and you may be wondering if you’ll ever be able to have the business and life you truly desire.

There’s many reasons why you may not yet be hitting your goals, but one of the biggest reasons women entrepreneurs struggle with consistently meeting or exceeding their money goals is their beliefs and subconscious identity.

Keep Going! You Got This!

As an entrepreneur, do you ever have those days that you just want to stop?

You wonder what the hell you were thinking when you decided to start your own business?

Well if today is one of those days, take a deep breath and keep going.

It's the women who keep going on days like today that ultimately get the results they want.

Here's a couple of tips to help you keep going:

The Most Powerful Thing You Can Do Now To Create More Of What You Want

“Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.” —Zig Ziglar

I know I keep repeating that what you focus on expands.  I keep doing so because it’s really easy to forget this concept during the business of our daily lives.

When you focus on being grateful, you bring in more of what you are grateful for.

The energy of gratitude is very powerful.

How Do You Plan Your Week?

How do you plan out your week?

I like to take a little time on Sunday and write down what I want and need to accomplish during the following week and make sure those actions are in alignment with my bigger goals.

When I do this, it makes a big difference in my productivity and focus.

When you plan your week, what are the tasks you have on your list? Are they the things that will help you succeed on living your dreams? Or are there things on your list that are filling your time, but not bringing you closer to your goals?

You Were Born To Be Successful

One thing I have learned over the last 10 years of studying manifesting is, your success is directly related to your belief in yourself.

When you want to make a change in your life, what comes up for you?  Do you have thoughts of why you can’t, or why it won’t work?

Are these thoughts holding you back from creating the life you really want?  Are you stuck?

A success mindset is not taught to everyone when they grow up.

When you grew up, were you told and taught that you could achieve anything you want, that the sky is the limit? Or, were you …

Are you one of the 8% of people who accomplish their new year’s resolutions or are you one of the 92% who don’t?

I used to be in the 92%.  Every year I was going to get in shape, lose weight and eat healthy.  Just like most people, that didn’t last long and I was off track by February or March.  I felt crappy, like a failure.  Why couldn’t I be one of those people who were successful with reaching their health and weight loss goals?  Sound familiar?  There were quite a few things that I didn’t know back then and not knowing those things kept me on that diet roller coaster, feeling overwhelmed, continuing to emotionally eat,  having uncontrollable cravings and in a state of total frustration around my health, body and diet.

I can’t share everything I have learned with you in one newsletter, but I do want to share with you today the first step to attaining your goals.

It’s already December.  Are you excited about the holidays or are you stressed.   It’s so easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed during this time of year.   Between your regular demands, then prepping for the holidays, it gets overwhelming.  How are you going to get it all done?  Is it easy for you to neglect yourself? Do you continue to find you are eating on the go, skipping meals or living off the junk food others bring to the office.  Are you low on energy, cranky, overwhelmed?  One of the most important things to do is to continue to talk care of you first.  Why is that?  If you take care of yourself, then you will maintain your health and have more energy so you can get it all done.   Here are three simple tips that will make all the difference in getting you through the holiday season feeling more relaxed, calm and energetic:

Do you ever wonder why, even though you want to make changes, it doesn’t happen?  Do you find that even though you set the intention for the day to do something different, for instance, eating healthy, that at the end of the day, you just didn’t follow through?  Why is it so hard? The reason is actually quite simple.  Your self-esteem.  You may ask, what does self-esteem have to do with eating healthier?  Let’s talk about that.

The holidays are here!  Already!  You may still have candy in your house from Halloween and now next week is Thanksgiving.  I used to gain weight from Thanksgiving all the way through January 1st.  Every year!  Then I would lose it in time for our first river trip in April.  I got really tired of starting each year wanting to lose weight.  Can you relate?

What if this year, you didn't gain any weight during the holidays!
