When I work with women I frequently find that they want to create a more balanced lifestyle.  When you have balance in your life, you can shine,  not just in one area of your life, but in ALL areas of your life!

What is a balanced lifestyle?

There are key areas in your life, relationships, career, money, exercise, health, spirituality, etc. When just one of these areas is out of balance, your WHOLE life is affected. 

Imagine you have all the money you want and you're in a happy, loving, fulfilling relationship, but you have no time to take care of your body: eating healthy or exercise. Even though you may appreciate the financial security you have and the amazing partner you love, not taking care of your body can drain you of your energy, make you grumpy, insecure, feel unattractive and this diminishes how much you really enjoy your life.

That's why it's important to think of your life from a holistic approach.  Creating balance in all the key areas.  How can you put your energy into thriving in each of these areas?

What would creating a more balanced lifestyle look like? It would mean taking a good look at your relationships, career, money, exercise, health, and spirituality and determining what is working well and what isn't working in each of these areas.
